We check the broker's authority and credit before we quote. The rate confirmation sits in our mailbox before any driver hears about a load. Every time.

Every tier, tag and seal is photographed at pickup and at delivery. Exceptions go on the bill of lading at the dock, not in an email a week later.

You keep the linehaul and the fuel surcharge; we carry authority, insurance, IFTA, IRP, ELD and dispatch for a flat monthly fee, and every truck expense passes through at cost with the receipt behind it.
